Geoff has a substantial number of Trust clients. His wide experience in the area of Trust formation and administration includes asset transfers to Trusts, gifting programmes and the protection of trust assets.
Geoff, as a partner of Welsh McCarthy, believes that the firm should not only be able to give first rate legal advice but also endeavors to ensure that the firm itself provides not only a professional but a friendly and timely response to client requirements.
Geoff is a Trustee of the Taranaki Hospice and is also a member of the South Taranaki Hospice Committee.
Geoff has now sold his DRZ250 but still owns a short wheel base Landrover 2A and has acquired a 700CC quad bike. He is now able to repair fences on his lifestyle block and not be required to trudge back to the barn to collect that forgotten hammer as it is now all stored on the quad bike. Geoff's hunting is now restricted to rabbits, possums and the occasional goat. Geoff is married to his wife Karen and has two grown up offspring.
